  Danielle Cunningham

  RN, MSN

  Danielle Cunningham’s experience in the hospital for the birth of her first child was a momentous event personally and professionally. It inspired her desire to pay it forward and become a nurse. Danielle specializes in neurology, pulmonology and critical care, and senior care is important to her. “The senior population is the highest population in need of health care,” said Danielle. “I want to be able to help provide the care they need.”

  Rikitha Menezes

  MD

  Dr. Rikitha Menezes has wanted to be a doctor for as long as she can remember. “Coming from a family that values older adults and the wisdom they impart, I truly enjoy caring for seniors and getting to know them,” she says. “Hearing about their history and social life is fascinating. It also allows me to develop a plan for better quality of life that’s individualized and preserves their dignity and respect.” In her time off, Dr. Menezes likes to cook foods from around the world and play volleyball and tennis. When time permits, she loves to go skiing and travel with family, too. Visiting Tanzania has been her favorite adventure so far, where she got to sit on the edge of the world’s largest inactive, intact volcanic caldera.

  Caroline Segovia

  MSN, FNP-BC, MEDSURG-BC

  Caroline Segovia’s passion for advocacy led her to the healthcare profession. “I love building a trust with my patients and seeing their health improve and them flourishing,” she says. She believes in caring for “the whole patient” and enjoys building genuine relationships. “Of course I want to know how you are physically doing, but I also want to know about your family, your pets, your interests,” she explains. She adds, “I feel that seniors are often not listened to and need someone with a caring demeanor to help them open up and feel loved and cared for." Caroline Segovia specializes in Oncology, in addition to Hematology. Caroline Segovia can be found enjoying quality time with her husband and son in her free time. She is also an animal lover and has several pets.
